The terms of our Agreement will commence upon your enrollment in our services and will end when terminated by either party in accordance with these terms. ONGOING / nowongoing.in reserves the right to use its brand name, logo, design, URL, and other branding elements in connection with all websites we produce, effective without customer consent.
Description of Service
ONGOING / nowongoing.in may provide services including but not limited to website design and development, maintenance, support, content development, and internet marketing. New features that enhance the services will also be included. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue services without notice due to non-cooperation, delays, or non-payment.
Access to Information
Clients may need to provide information for registration. By accepting these terms, you confirm that all information is accurate and current. If we find any inaccuracies, we may deny access to our services and suspend your account. Calls made through our corporate offices may be recorded for training purposes.
Database, E-Commerce, and Application Development
While we strive for accuracy, ONGOING / nowongoing.in is not liable for losses from any software we create. Clients are responsible for ensuring their software functions correctly. If applications are developed on servers not provided by us, the client must provide necessary support.
Website Design
We will make every effort to deliver a fault-free website. However, we cannot accept responsibility for losses due to website malfunction. Ownership of all materials, including code and content, remains with ONGOING / nowongoing.in until all accounts are settled. Any work done remains our property unless otherwise agreed.

We own all rights to the content on our site. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All outstanding amounts for services provided before cancellation must be paid in full. There is no prorating for partial months. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the authorized party. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the cooling-off period of 3 days from the date of order.
For web design courses, students may request a refund after attending 2 classes if unsatisfied. Refunds will not be entertained after attending 3 classes.
Payment
Clients agree to pay the service fee under the terms of the selected payment plan, including applicable taxes. Clients authorize ONGOING / nowongoing.in to automatically charge their credit card or bank account as required. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid fees.
Payment Collection
Clients must maintain a valid payment method. If a payment method is unavailable, we reserve the right to suspend services. If payment is not received, we may terminate the Agreement and retain ownership of services until the account is settled.
Representations and Warranties
Clients represent that they have the authority to enter this Agreement, are businesses using our services for commercial purposes, and have the necessary rights to provide information for use as described.
